Montefiore v. Miss Cameron; Mrs. W. Douglas v. Mrs. M. Barnett; Mrs. Teasdale v. Mrs. Blundell; Miss K. Woolly v. Miss Civil; Miss M. Kay v. Mrs. Houston: Mrs. A. F. Walker v. Miss Irwin; Mrs. J. Oliphant v. Miss J. Manson; Miss W. Manson v. Mrs. H. McDonald. The first round of the mixed foursomes, to be played by July 31. is: Mesdames* Hodges and Walker play Mesdames McDonald and Houston; Misses Ivay and A. Lees v. Mesdames Oliphant and A. F. Brewer. All the others in this competition have byes.
