TEST WICKET SOFT
WEEK OF HEAVY RAIN MAKES IT STICKY MATCH BEGINS TODAY British Official Wireless Reed. 12.15 p.m. RUGBY,, Thursday. Exceptional interest has been aroused in the fourth cricket test match, which begins at Manchester tomorrow. Rain has fallen almost continuously for seven days in Manchester, .but it ceased today. The wicket has been covered aud the outfield dried satisfactorily. It is anticipated the wicket will be soft, but experts express the opinion that it will have some life in it.
