Mr. Julius Hogben, of Auckland, is visiting Hamilton. The Hon. J. Trevethick, M.L.C., arrived on the Limited this morning. Mr S Hollander, tvho will be refree in the third Rugby Test match tomorrow, is staying at the Royal Hotel. Mr S. S. Dean, chairman of the Management Committee of the New Zealand Rugby Union, arrived on the Limited this morning. Mr J. A. Haggitt, sharebroker, of Dunedin, was present at the midday call on the Auckland Stock Exchange this morning. Dr E. P. Neale, secretary of the Auckland Chamber of Commerce, left today for Rotorua to attend the annual meeting of the Rotorua Chamber. Mr. J. V. Moran, director in charge of sales of t r he Colgate-Palmolive-Feet t’ompanv. Limited, who is making a business tour of the Dominion, is at present in Auckland. Mr. A. Spencer, president of the Auckland Employers’ Association, and Mr. J. S. Dawes, vice-president, left for Wellington last evening to attend it conference of the Employers’ Federation. Mr. Arthur Alexander, who began his music studies in Dunedin, has just oiven a piano recital, which was a marked success, according to advice itom London.
