EXPEDITION

AT its meeting last evening the Newmarket Borough Council received a letter from the Auckland Milk Company asking for permission to move a small building on the company's property at the corner of Arthur Street. A report from the general purposes Committee was also received recommending that the application be granted. A Councillor: The corner 'of Arthur Street? I don’t think there's any building there. . The Mayor, Mr. S. Donaldson: There isn't—the work has been done. The best thing we can do is to report back to the committee to that effect.
