ADDRESS-IN-REPLY ADOPTED Press Association WELLINGTON. Wednesday The Legislative Council met at 2.30 p.m. The Hon. C. J. Smith was appointed acting chairman of committees. The debate on the Address-in-Reply was resumed, and the motion was adopted. The Council adjpurned at 5 p.m. until next Wednesday.
