TRAPPED IN MOTOR-CAR
CAPSIZED ON CROSSING RESCUE FROM COMING TRAIN Press Association STRATFORD, Today. When endeavouring to take a sharp turn at the Rugby Road railwaycrossing a Wellington motorist, Mr. Leys, crashed into the cattle-stops. His car overturned and he was imprisoned until his predicament was noticed by factory employees, who extricated him and removed the car to the side of the railway line only five minutes before a train dashed past. Mr. Leys was severely cut about his head and several stitches were necessary.
