HOLIDAY ENDS
EAGER ROSE ON THE TRACKS The short respite accorded Eager Rose after she had won the principal race at Te Awamutu at the end of last month has come to a close. The chestnut was at Ellerslie this morning under the charge of her trainer, who gave her useful pace work on the sand. Eager Rose is fairly forward and should race well in the early spring.
