JUDGE’S ADVICE LEADS TO ASSAULT CASE WIFE TO RETURN HOME From Our Our* Correspondent HAMILTON, Today. A Rotorua farm hand named Albert Thomas Wilkins, secured an order tor restitution of conjugal rights within 21 days against Alice Joyce Wilkins In the Supreme Court today. It was stated that when the petitioner was last before the court, the judge told petitioner to play the man’s part and make his wife return. He tried to and was summoned by his mother-in-law for assault.
