REMOVAL OF TRAM SHELTER

SUGGESTION FROM REMUERA The removal of the present tram shelter at the corner of Remuera and Upland Roads to Kelvin Road was suggested to the Transport Board this morning by Mr. G. H. Edmonds. The writer claimed that the present shelter was rarely used, the needs of Upland Road passengers being adequately catered for by shop verandahs. The committee dealing with disposition of shelters will consider the suggestion.
