LONDON THEATRE

A considerable amount of interest is being- taken in the splendid sound film, “Living London,” which is being shown at the London Theatre. The greatest city in the world Is seen in the picture in all its different aspects. The historical buildings which are mentioned so often in literature are shown, in addition to the huge modern structures that are changing the appearance of the old city to such an extent. Some of the magnificent ducal mansions and the leading hotels and clubs, the picturesque scenes of the foreign- quarters and some of the poverty-stricken streets are all seen. To complete the picture of life in London today, views of the people at work and play are given. There is an entertaining programme of supporting items, including a “Mickey Mouse” sound cartoon.
