THE NEW NORWEGIAN OIL-TANKER BISCA, which arrived in Auckland for the first time at mid-day today. The Bisca is a new tanker of 6,089 tons gross, and was launched early this year from the yards of ArmstrongWhitworth and Co. She is equipped to carry about 8,350 tons of petrol and 720 tons of oil-fuel.
