MEN COMPLAIN IN DUNEDIN Press Association INVERCARGILL, Sunday. At • a largely-attended meeting of members of the second division of the railway service today a resolution of protest was carried against the constitution of the present commission appointed by the Government, as the second division had no representation upon it. The meeting also protested against the dismissals of second division members. as it was admitted by the Prime Minister that there was plenty of work offering. It. was considered that the pruning knife should be used from the top of the tree.
