ESCAPED PRISONER
WATCH BEING KEPT Advice has been received at the Central Police Station, Auckland, that James Alexander Scorringe escaped from the Walkune Prison on Thursday evening. A watch is being kept for the man from all Auckland police stations. Scorringe is 22 years of age. He is sft 6in in height, with brown hair and a sallow complexion. He Is said to have a rather Chinese appearance.
