PROPERTY SALES AND PRICES The following properties were disposed of by public auction by Samuel Valle and Son, Ltd., yesterday:— A leasehold property in Picton Street, Ponsonby, with a seven-roomed villa residence, was bought in by the mortgagee for £7lB. A property in Bayfield Road, Herne Pay, measuring approximately 33ft by 100 ft, and containing a dwelling of seven rooms, was sold for £785. “Storm Mount,” at 38 Auckland Road, Royal Oak, comprising a five • roomed dwelling and a freehold section with 60ft frontage to the main road at Onehunga, was bought in by the mortgagee for £775. A fine building site in Haverstock Road, near the Edendale tram terminus, brought £l5O from the mortgagee. A - large property containing a 10roomed residence was passed in, as bidding did not reach the reserve figure.
