It was pointed out that such consent would open the doors to other representatives having the right to appear, and the request was refused. In the Da ore Cup draw it was de- , elded to play the remaining game* on neutral ground, regardless of which ' club came ‘ first out of the hat." Transfers of Scboles from Keinnar- ! ket to Onehqnga, ar.d Dick from : Thistle to Onehur.ga were approved, j and the recommendation of the JudiI .j! Committee to smspend Fyvie, of ! Tramway*, for four playing Saturdays and severely caution Spencer, of the same club, was agreed to. ; The fixtures, grounds and referees ; for Fat matches were arranged ' PLAYER SUSPENDED SEQUEL TO SATURDAY’S DISTURBANCE PRESS EXCLUDED FROM INQUIRY An inquiry into the disturbance t during the Ponsonby-Tramways match * last Saturday, when three of the Trams j team left the fi"!d, was held by the Judicial Committee of the Auckland F.A. last evening. There was a large attendance of players, witnesses and club officials. Prior to the Judicial committee commencing its inquiry, the chairman of the control board attended and requested that the usual practice of admitting the Press, should not be followed, and subsequently the chairman for the evening, Mr. F. Ritchie, announced that as a “sub-committee ’ ‘ the Judicial committee should follow instructions from the control board. Mr. W. K- Grant, who L« the control i board representative on the commiti tee, dissented from this view, but Mr. | Ritchie insisted on ruling that the * Press be excluded, but Mr. A. ifankin. of the Referees’ Association, was aii lowed to remain. | After a lengthy hearing the judicial j committee found that Spencer, of . Tram.-, had been too persistent in his * comment on the referee's ruling, and it v/as recommended that he be cautioned. In regard to McEiligott it was explained by the referee that he |ad merely advised him to get back to bis place on the field so that the game could proceed, and the player had misconstrued this advice into an ord' r to leave the field. No action was taken in regard to McKlligott, but in Fyvie’s ca.-e it was found that he had been previously cautioned for a foul against fnnes, and 1 that his later conduct v/as unsatis- ' factory. The committee recommended this player’s suspension for four playing Saturdays. After the judicial committee’s findings had been endorsed by the Control Board, it is understood that certain points at issue between the board and the committee were settled satisfactorily, and Mr. W. E. Grant has now withdrawn his resignation as a member. LIST OF FIXTURES , Following I* tlifc list of matches for -.iy:— FP-mor Grade A —Manurewa v. One- ? ; nunga, Walker Z p.m., Mr. J.
