CONSIDERATION LIKELY NEXT MONDAY MINISTER’S STATEMENT THE SUN’S Parliamentary Reporter PARLIAMENT BLDGS., Today. The appeal of Arthur Thomas Munn in connection t with his trial and conviction on a charge of wife murder will probably be considered at the next meeting of the Executive Council on Monday next. The Minister of Justice, the Hon. J. G. Cobbe, informed a Sun representative today that the report on the Munn petition was being prepared by the Solicitor-General, Mr. A. Fair, and it was hoped to have it very shortly.
