BANKS URGED TO AVERT CRISIS IN INDUSTRY LOCAL GOODS BOOST PLAN TOKYO, Friday. The financial situation is causing increasing anxiety. The Finance Minister, Mr. J. Inouye, is urging the tanks to help business. The officials meanwhile are engaged on an intensive campaign urging the use of Japanese goods.
