Notice is hereby given that the Devonport Domain Board has granted the Devonport United (League) Football Club the use of the Rugby Football Ground for the purpose of playing a match on SATURDAY, July 12, 1930. with authority for. the said club to make a charge not exceeding One Shilling (Is) tor each person for admission to the said ground. Notice is hereby given that a Local Bill will be Introduced into Parliament during the present Session thereof under the title of “The Auckland Provincial Water Board Act, 1930.” The objects of the said Bill are;— (.a) To create a water district comprising the Boroughs of Mount Eden, Mount Albert, Newmarket, Devonport, Takapuna, New Lynn and Otahuhu. the Road District of Mount lloskill, and the Town Districts of I-lenderson, Manurewa and Papa toe - toe. (b) To constitute a Water Board for the said district and to provide for its election, procedure, powers and duties. (c) To make all necessary incidental and ancillary provisions relative to the above matters. The above Bill will be inti*oduced into Parliament by or on behalf of the Borough Councils of Mount Eden, Mount Albert. Newmarket, Devonport. Takapuna, New Lynn and Otahuhu, the Road Board of Mount Roskill and the Town Boards of Henderson, Manurewa and Papatoetoe.
