“SALLY”

They call her “Broadway’s Brightest Star” —they also call her Marilyn Miller —but she is really the original and only "Sally” of the famous musical comedy which played so successfully a few years ago. First National has now made “Sally” into a Vitaphone picture entirely in colour, every scene being photographed in its natural hues, and Marilyn Miller appears one more in her most triumphant role. Her singing, her exquisite dancing, the scenes in which SWg reveals her delightful gifts as a corf»dienne, and her love scenes with Alexander Gray, the handsome young leading man, are all delightful. Joe E. Brown, famous laugh-provoker. Ford Sterling, Jack Duffy and Pert Kelton are also included in the all-star cast of “Sally.”
