COMMUNISTS AVENGE THEIR KIDNAPPED FRIENDS BURN BUILDINGS Reed. 10.55 a.m. HELSINGFORS. Mon. The Polish Diet members. Pekkala and Roetkoe, who were kidnapped, have been liberated. As reprisals for the kidnapping. Communists set fire to several buildings in Finland, including the railway warehouses.
