NEW ZEALAND GOODS

CAMPAIGN IN SOUTH A New Zealand Industries Week is to be held in Invercargill by the Chamber of Commerce from September 1 to 6. A letter received by the Auckland Manufacturers* Association yesterday said arrangements would be given support by* the Department of Industries and Commerce, a member of the staff assisting personally. This action has been taken with the earnest desire to stimulate the manufacture and use of New Zealand-made goods, which would aid materially in solving the unemployment problem. Displays of goods and of working models, a monster procession, posters and a newspaper campaign have been arranged.
