This is regarded locally as a big argument in favour of more companies throwing ground open to tribute, as in the old days, when tributing vias one of the main sources of employment in Thames. Unemployment would be considerably relieved if the various big mining companion would throw ground open for tribute, instead of locking it up and continually applying for protection and exemption from working conditions in the Warden's Court.
