MONEYLENDER’S APPEAL

COURT RESERVES DECISION Press Association WELLINGTON, Friday. The hearing of the appeal of Thomas Richardson, df Wellington, moneylender, from the judgment of Mr. Justice Herdman, was continued in the Appeal Court today. The respondent was Thomas Harris, of Martinborough. The case concerned transactions connected with respondent’s life interest in the sum of £ 7,250. Decision was reserved.
