The bout between Sharkey and Max Schmeling for the world’s championship has been declared off, as Arthur Buelow, Max Schmeling’s deposed manager, has failed to provide a satisfactory release of his claims. In a boxing match at New York, Kid Chocolate, 9st, knocked out Dominck Petrone, Sst 131 b, in the sixth round. Chocolate’s victory was most spectacular. He opened a sensational , offensive immediately, and continued lit throughout.
