DANCE PARTY
JOLLY EVENING AT GREEN LANE A very pleasant evening was given by Misses Moira and Betty Tinline at their home, Woodbine Avenue, Green Lane, on Saturday. The rooms were gaily decorated and the guests were entertained with I dancing and games. To receive their guests, the hostesses 1 wore daffodil and apple-green chiffon ■ velvet and net, respectively. Among those present were:—Miss M Jennings, midnight blue; Miss Rosa Flemming, pink satin and lace; Miss IX Fergus, cyclamen taffeta; Miss K. Fergus, blue georgette; Miss T. Rodgers, apricot taffeta: Miss X. Taye, blue floral satin: Miss W. Taye. black satin relieved with scarlet; Miss D. Gardner, Wanganui, black satin: Miss 1,. Heine, china blue georgette: Mrs. Hunt, burgundy red suit; Miss 11. Staton, sunset embroidered taffeta; Miss M. O’Brien, cornflower blue crepe do chine: Miss \. Drumm, erimson tulle and georgette; Mi:-i 1,. Fraser, apricot ebarmeuse; Miss I\ Rigby, white georgette: Miss M. Kenny, peacii jumper suit; Miss M. Gardner Wanganui, black crepe fleuri. Miss O. Bowen, green georgette and silver lace: Miss R. Miskell, beige crepe de chine.
