GROUND QUESTION CONSIDERED CLUBS ANNUAL MEETING The annual meeting ot* the Parnell Lawn Tennis Club last evening: considered the advisability of the clu* moving to new grounds, hut it was eventually decided to appoint a deputation of three to wait on the central trust board of the Church of Eng” land with reference to the club’s tenure of its present site. This committee will report to * special general meeting of the clnb at an early date, till which time the advisability of obtaining: a new crotini will be left in abeyance. The results of club competitions during- the past season were: Men's championship singles, Mr. A. H. &' Lamb (Horne Cup); women’s championship singles. Miss M. Potter •trophy donated by K. W. Griffiths, Esq): men's handicap singles. Mr. G. C. Lyttelton (trophy donated by president); ; women’s handicap singles. Miss M. Poster (trophy donated by men's championship doubles. Messrs* A. H. S. Lamb and K. M. j men's handicap doubles. Messrs. A. C. Jacob and K. R. Hutchison; women* championship doubles. Mrs. K. Herrick and Miss P. Frankham: women*' handicap doubles. Mrs. K.
