In his first all-talking picture, “Navy Blues,” now running at the Regent Theatre, Epsom, William Haines smilingly extricates himself from many awkivard situations, and in doing so keeps the audience in a happy mood. Ramon Novarro, in a stirring romance of Napoleonic times, entitled “Devil May Care,” is the second feature.
