INJURED CYCLISTS

ONE IN SERIOUS CONDITION Mr. Edward Fitall, of 2 9 Ennismore Street. Mount Albert, who was injured yesterday morning when the motorcycle he was riding struck a stationary milk-van at the corner of New North Road and Selkirk Road, is reported by the hospital authorities to be making satisfactory progress. Eric MacPherson, of 54 College Hill, who was admitted to hospital yesterday morning suffering from severe head injuries, was reported this afternoon to be still in a serious condition. He was cycling down Franklin Road when the front fork of the bicycle snapped.
