Fro. A. R. Lewis won the halfyearly ritual contest for the Wansbone Cup at the meeting of Northern Oak Lodge of Druids on Monday evening Seven members competed. The Northern AVairoa and Demonstration Farm Society, a: a committee meeting presided over by -‘l l ’- T. J. Hamblyn. Government Instructor. decided to have demonstrations given of pasture barrows and stack silage. The committee is improving the elEi4. of stock at the farn hy culling, and the substitution <*’• higher testing animals. The herd k also to be increased to about 55.
