by another person shall also be deemed a fare-paying passenger, and the expression “fare” includes any cash remuneration or hire money (3) £250 if the subscriber shall be killed* or dies as the result of injuries received while entering or alighting from any stationary tram, train, steamer, ferry, or vehicle mentioned in clauses (2) and (2) (4) £SOO if the subscriber shall be killed or dies as the result of injuries received while travelling in or driving a passenger lift or elevator set apart for the use of passengers in a building used for residential or business purposes. Subscribers are not covered under this clause unless injured as the result of an accident liaopening to any such lift or elevator.
