STEAM BUSES
TRIAL IN AUCKLAND The offer of Messrs. A. and G. Price, Ltd., to equip one of the Transport Board buses with a steam plant, and .to remove the petrol engine, has been accepted. Alueh is claimed for the steam engine, and the board is willing to spend £1,150 in experimenting with a vehicle which may displace the present type of bus.
