EXCHANGE PROBLEMS WORRY ENGLISH BANKERS MEETING OVERSEAS PAYMENTS CANBERRA, Thursday. Sir Otto Niemeyer, a representative of the Bank of England, is to visit Australia shortly. He will con fer with the Commonwealth Government on financial matters. An attempt will be made to find a solution of the growing problem of providing exchange to cover Australian payments oversea.
