Taylor. 73, 78; Jolly. 74. 77. all 151; Robson, 154; Ray, 77, 77—154; Don Moe (United States), 75, 80—155; Hirigoyan (France), 156, Duncan, 74, 82—156; Gadd, 158. Those who failed to qualify include Havers, who won in 1923, 159, and the famous triumvirate. Vardon, 160; Herd, IC3; and Braid, 173. The Melbourne player. McPherson, with 90, 86 —176, also failed to qualify.
