TRACTOR AND DRIVER ; Press A ssocia t io-n WELLINGTON, Today. ! A Harbour Board tractor went over i the Pipitea Wharf into 46 feet ol! : water this morning, taking its driver. G. T. McNamara with it. He escaped with abrasions and shock. The cause of the accident was a beam which was being hoisted to the wharf, fouling a rake of trolleys and dragging the tractor over.
