MOTOR-DRIVER REMANDED ON BAIL MISCHIEF CHARGE ALSO Arrested by Constable Cook at 11.25 Last night, William lcldeson appeared at the Police Court this morning and was charged with being intoxicated in charge of a motor-car in Carlton Gore Road. There was a second charge ot committing mischief by wilfully damaging five storm lanterns, valued at £1 11s 3d, and belonging to the Auckland Transport Board. At the request of Mr. Hart, who appeared for accused, a remand was mad* until tomorrow. Bail was allowed in accused’s own surety of £SO.
