VIANY NATIONS MOUR> SEGRAVE’S DEATH ASHES AT GOLDER’S GREEN
British Official TTi'rHtSS Reed. Noon. RUGBY, Tuesday. The body of Sir Henry St grave, who was killed in the speed-boat crash on Friday, was cremated at Golder’s Green crematorium today. The funeral was of the simplest nature. The coffin, across which lay a Union Jack, was covered with wreaths. Some of these came from representatives of Colonial and Foreign Governments, and there were tiny circlets of summer flowers from humble folk. Lady Segrave has decided that sonv of tlie wreaths should be placed on the Cenotaph in Whitehall. The memorial cards bore such in seriptions as: “To a brave man.” and “To a very courageous gentleman.” A memorial service was held at St. Margaret’s Church, Westminster, j Canon Carnegie officiating. General Trotter represented the i Prince of Wales and the Prime Mtn- ! ister was also represented.
