AMERICA FROWNS UPON TRADE IN ARMS AIRPLANE SALES BLOCKED Reed. 10.5 a.m. WASHINGTON, Tues. Disapproval of the export of arms and munitions of war, including airplanes, to the Soviet has become part of America’s Russian policy. The State Department is taking action upon negotiations between an airplane company in the United States and the Soviet for the sale of £400,000 worth of aircraft equipment. It is indicated that exporters would in future be informed that ail such shipments would bo "regarded with disfavour.”
