GRAMMAR OLD BOYS
REUNION IN LONDON I Members of the Auckland Grammar 1 School Old. Boys’ Association < London) held their seventh annual dinner at Mariani’s Restaurant on April 12. Mr. G. W. Mulgan presided. I The toasts of “The King” and “The Old School” were honoured. In reply to the toast of “The Grammar School,” Mr. Boss McLean told the old boys much of interest of the recent activities at the Mount Eden School, which kmany present had not seen. In an interesting discussion on present-day schoolboys, interspersed with half-for-gotten reminiscences of old boys, it seemed agreed that an interchange of masters between New Zealand and England would be beneficial. Dr. Bernard Myers was elected chairman and Mr. A. S. Rintoul undertook the secretarial duties in succession to Mr. C. F. Forsdick. Those present included Messrs. G. W. Mulgan, T.
