NEGLIGENCE CHARGE FAILS From Our Own Correspondent HAMILTON, Today. The case in which Reginald Cecil Waite Taylor, insurance inspector, Auckland, was charged in the Supreme Court with driving his car in a negligent manner on the Main South Road, at Kimihia, near Huntly, and causing injury to Mrs. Frances Armstrong and her daughter, Miss Greta Armstrong, was concluded this afternoon. The jury returned a verdict of not guilty, and accused was discharged.
