FRIESIAN ASSOCIATION
The annual report of the New Zealand Friesian Association states that the association gave £SO in prize money for a provincial group competition at the 1929 Royal Show in Invercargill. Two provinces—Canterbury and Southland—were represen fed, Canterbury winning first prize, Southland second prize and third prize. At the Royal Show, the total expenses were;- —Provincial group prizes, £SO; provincial group transport, £ 10; champion replica trophies, £2l 6s. Total, £Bl 6s.
