WOMEN'S PROGRESS CLUB
The weekly meeting of the Women's Progress Club was held on Wednesday alternoon at the Higher Thought Temple, corner of Pitt and Wellington Streets, when the growing interest in ti e movement was aUested by the numbers assembled, nearly every seat in the building being occupied. The president of the club, Airs. Grace Silcoek, delivered the first of a series of weekly addresses on ’The Vibration of Numbers,” which was listened to with earnest attention by the large audience. Social discussion and refreshments brought a very instructive and enjoyable afternoon to a close.
