FOOTBALL INJURIES

Abdominal injuries were suffered by Stanley Crane, aged 17, of Hawera Road, Point Chevaliei-, while at football practice last, evening. The practice was at the League training shed in Point Chevalier Road. The lad was taken to the Auckland Hospital, but his condition is not serious. A dislocated shoulder was received by A. Mennie, aged 16, of North Street, Newton, when he was playing football at Victoria Park yesterday evening After treatment at the Auckland Hospital he was able to go home.
