PRINCESS HELEN NOT YET RECONCILED FAMILY DOING ITS BEST VIENNA, Wednesday. Apparently Princess Helen of Rumania has asked for time to consider her decision in regard to her relations with King Carol. In the meantime members of the Royal family and political leaders are endeavouring to bring about a reconciliation.
