Miss Mackintosh, who is a graduate of Aberdeen University, will begin her new work in September. Mr. L. C. Webb, M.A., of Caius College, Cambridge University, and formerly of Christchurch, lias been awarded a vacation scholarship to enable him to attend the School of International Law and History at Geneva.
