GOVERNMENT PRAISED

THOROUGH WORK AT CLINIC “The Government did more than was expected or asked for, in equipping the Devonport dental clinic,” reported Mr. C. M. Browne to the Devonport Borough Council last evening. Mr. Browne is chairman of the committee which raised the funds for building the clinic and, when about 2<J members of the committee visited the clinic early this week to ascertain what was needed in floor-covering, heating apparatus and lighting, they found that a thoughtful Government had already provided these. The clinic was readv for use. The Hon. A. J. Stallworthy, Minister of Health, will officially open the building on Saturday afternoon at 2.30 p.m.
