VICTORIA, DEVONPORT

“The Rainbow Man,” a happy and melodious tale of the life of a travelling minstrel show, is now at the Victoria Theatre, Devonport. The star is Eddie Dowling, a radiant personality from Broadway, whose songs, particularly “Hi/rpy Valley” and “The Rainbow Man,” are most charming. The story tells of his finding of a girl in a small town, their brief happiness, parting and reunion. Marion Nixon and Sam Hardy are also featured. Excellent supports will also be presented.
