CHARGE TO CHILDREN
ACTION AT MORRINSVILLE

At last evening's meeting of the Morrinsville District High School Committee a motion was carried unanimously that a levy of Is a child, with a maximum charge of 2s 6d a family, should be made on parents of children receiving dental treatment. It was explained at the householders’ meeting in April that the committee had to provide funds for cleaning the clinic and laundering the linen.
The Morrinsville Chamber of Commerce has received a letter from the secretary of the Woodlands Swamp Amalgamation Committee inviting representatives to attend a meeting at Gordonton and Orini, when the proposed Tarpiri Drainage and River Board will be discussed.
At the quarterly meeting of the Waikato Licensing Committee, at the Morrinsville Courthouse, Mr. Wyvern Wilson.
