RAVAGES COST £43,000,000 IN CHINA PROVINCE Reed. 12.30 p.m. SHANGHAI, Fri. A Chinese newspaper published at Kiukiang gives details of enormous damage done by Communists in the Kiangsi Province in the last 11 months.
The loot amounts to 214,000,000 dollars (nearly £43,000,000). Eightytwo thousand were killed and 37,000 houses destroyed.
