MR. BAXTER’S DUTY

A well-known London journalist, Mr. D. A. Gulliver, a contributor to “Punch,” gave a bottle of Baxter's Lung Preserver to a lady neighbour who was suffering from a bronchial cougli. Relief was quickly effected and when the lady returned the bottle she asked the journalist where she could buy some for herself. On being told that “Baxter's” was only sold in New Zealand she remarked that it was Mr. Baxter’s duty to make it for the English people. People of this Dominion are fortunate in having Baxter’s Lung Preserver to assist them when assailed by coughs, colds, ’flu, and all bronchial ailments. “Baxter’s” is a rich, red, warming, soothing compound that does good from the first dose and possesses splendid tonic properties. “Baxter's” bottles are now fitted with a screw cap, which provides a perfect seal and keeps the contents in good condition. Obtainable at all chemists and stores —generous-sized bottle at half a crown, large family size at 4s 6d, and the handy pocket size at eighteenpence.—l.
