AUTOMATIC HEALTH REFRESHMENTS

An opportunity is now being offered to the public to acquire shares in Automatic Health Refreshments, Ltd. A total of 18,000 ordinary shares is being offered on the following terms: 2s 6d a share on application; 2s 6d a share on allotment, and the balance in calls of 2s 6d monthly. Seven per cent, interest will be paid on all capital paid up in excess of 5s a share at allotment, which will be made before the end of the month. The company will pay a dividend of 20 per cent., afterallowing for sufficient depreciation to write off the entire initial cost of the automatic machines in six years. When an interim dividend is paid in April the £1 shares wll be worth £1 10s. Application for shares can be made through any registered broker or to the secretary, Mr. J. W. Hayden, 111 Queen’s Arcade.
